Roger Aloys Seifer, of Silverton, passed away on April 5, 2023. He was 81. Born on Nov. 11, 1941, in Silverton to Aloysius (A.J.) and Hilda Seifer, Roger attended St. Paul’s Catholic School, Serra Catholic High School in Salem, and Mt. Angel College.
