Conference champs – Fox girls golf team places fifth in state 5A competition

Silverton won the Mid-Willamette Conference girls golf championship and took fifth at the Class 5A state championships at Trysting Tree in Corvallis. Equestrian athletes – Silverton takes seventh in state championships

The Silverton High equestrian team finished seventh in the large division of the Oregon High School Equestrian Teams state championships May 11-14 at the Deschutes County Fairgrounds in Redmond. Silverton earned 17 spots on the all-Mid-Willamette Conference football teams as selected by league coaches.
