They’re always there in the bleachers at the various school events of their children and grandkids — mostly basketball games. Carolyn and Jerry Roth will not miss a game if they can help it. And that’s a bigger undertaking than it sounds.
The Silverton boys basketball team defeated Sherwood 55-47 March 6 at home. The Foxes next head to Eugene to face Pendleton 1:30 p.m. March 11 at the University of Oregon’s Mac Court.
