Quilting demonstrations, lectures, quilt-related vendors and a tearoom with lunch fare will all be part of the sixth annual Stitches in Bloom Quilt Show Jan. 25 – 26, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily. Featured artist will be Charlotte Warr Andersen, creator of one-of-a-kind pictorial quilts, who will give daily lectures.

There also will be a three-day pictorial appliqué workshop with Andersen Jan. 22 – 24. The $250 fee includes the workshop and lunch all three days.

During the show, prizes will be awarded for Viewer’s Choice in appliqué, piecework, art design and traditional quilts. Quilters have also been preparing for the Quilt Challenge, where participants submit a quilt made from a designated challenge fabric.
