Born in Upton, California and raised in Grants Pass, Oregon, Ardel Jury graduated from Cave Junction High School in 1956.
In 1960, she married Duane Jury who preceded her in death in 2005.
She is survived by brother, Ron Wingerd; sister, Juanita Reynolds; four children, Ken Jury, Athena Laird, Ben Jury, and Beverly Atsma; 12 grandchildren, and 16 living great grandchildren.
She leaves behind a legacy of love through her quilt donations where she fought to keep a generation warm. Ardel will be remembered for her loving and open heart, tremendous talent in painting, sewing, and baking. She was beloved by all who knew her and she will be greatly missed.
