Photo Gallery: Busy season of events gets a running start

Silverton – Saturday, May 10, 2010: Spring has sprung!

Runners of all shapes and sizes jog through the streets during the Silverton Hospital Fun Run.

Meanwhile, the Farmers’ Market in Town Square opened for the season, which extends to mid-October. Fresh produce, bright flowers and other wares can be found each Saturday morning.

Finally, music and merlot blend together at the fourth annual Silverton Wine and Jazz Festival. Vintnors served samples of their wares throughout town.
