Rolling Remembrance comes to Pepsi

Rolling Remembrance – a display honoring those who gave their lives in service to their country – will be at Mount Angel’s Pepsi Northwest Beverages April 20 from 7 to 8 a.m.

Launched in 2015, NAB Transport participates in “Rolling Remembrance” by relaying an American flag across the U.S. to honor Memorial Day and raise awareness and donations for the children of fallen patriots. Local veterans are invited to be part of the celebration as the truck carrying the flag rolls into the facility.

The flag that is part of the celebration was flown on a UH-60M Blackhawk Helicopter on a combat mission in support of U.S. and Coalition ground forces in the Kandahar Province of Afghanistan during Operation Enduring Freedom 2012.

This presentation is open to the public and all are welcome to attend.

The foundation’s mission is to honor the sacrifice of military heroes by ensuring the success of their children through college education. More information is available at www.fallenpatriots.org. To participate in the Mount Angel event, email Angie at [email protected] for logistic updates.
