Spencer Patrick Enderle: November 12, 2003 – March 08, 2018

Spencer P EnderleSpencer Patrick Enderle, or maybe you know him by Bub, Bubba, Bubbles, Spence or Rubble Bubble passed away, at home surrounded by his family, on March 8, 2018 after a hard fought battle against an undiagnosed, uncontrollable neurological condition.

Spencer has been a fighter since the day he was born. He graced this world at the Silverton Hospital on November 12, 2003. Unknowingly, his first labored breaths were a glimpse into what was to come, for the next 14 years. It also brought perspective on how strong he truly was and the battles he fought daily.

One thing that everyone knew about Spencer was his love for his family. He is survived by his parents Tiffany Polley Noel Enderle (his version, not correct) and Lawrence, his siblings; Sadie Bug and Tic Toc (Sawyer), Bo-Dog, Miss Fluffy (cat), Princess Belle (cat) and Letty (Sawyer’s lizard). His grandparents are Mom-O (Betty Jo White), Papa Jack (Polley), Nana Charn (Zidell) and Grandma Kimmie (Enderle).

His aunts, uncles, cousins and other important people: Tony, Sara, Kierstin and Kordell (White Family); Aunt Tara, Jake from State Farm, YaYa and Isabella Blue Eyes (Nardin Family); Tory ‘Mississippi’ Hagen; Tyler Hagens (yes, the extra ’s’ was added) and Samantha Pockets (Hagen); Andrew Enderle; Kris Osborne and family; Patrick and Cassie Enderle; Rebecca and Mackenzie Polley; Spiderman and Heidi Tutu (Allen Family); Beauty and the Beast, the Hot Chicks that Look Alike and Bela Rose (Smisek Family); Whoohoo Patrick Starfish and The Hippie (Henderson Family); Rainbow Marshmallow (Vidal); Miss Elley (Endicott) and Miss Fleshman (Angela).

He was a proud eighth grade Falcon at the Silverton Middle School, where his most favorite class was PE, with Mr. Buckholz. He also enjoyed smokin’ his teachers at a serious game of UNO or Disney matching game. He loved his classmates and fancied a particular one that he called his ‘Pretty Abigail’.

He was a popular face in the halls of the middle school, high fives all around. But, he was also known for his beautiful smile, captivating eyes, his contagious belly laugh, his photographic poses and curtsies, and that infamous broken middle finger. If you needed to get him to smile any one of these words would work: Sweet Pea, Woooooo, Mabiala, Minnesota or Hula Hoops.

Spencer was not shy about telling everyone what was on his mind, over and over and over. He loved his FAMILY, school, Mickey Mouse, camping at Fisherman’s Bend, his DS and dvd player, Mamma Mia, High School Musical 2, his home (446), bowling, Ixtapa, Kyotos, and McDonalds, volleyball, riding his 3 wheeled bike, Oregon Ducks, Disney Memory, Candyland and Uno, swimming, pineapple pizza, salsa, ranch and ketchup combo (otherwise known as the Triple Dip), Sleepovers at Aunt Tara’s, his bedroom, Wii, watching Tennis and Golf with Mom-O always rooting for Federer and the Williams’ sisters, watching Jeopardy at 7pm and Wheel of Fortune at 7:30pm, Deal or No Deal, Katy Perry – Firework, Rootbeer for breakfast, Happy Meals, Playing Peek-A-Boo, Planning his birthday (sometimes 364 days in advance), Pretties (chapstick), chicken nuggets and sushi.

He despised blood draws, the hospital, doctors (sorry, Dr. Bay), any mention of Naps, Resting or Sleep, Oregon State Beavers, ‘bees’ in his feet, and his stupid bed alarm.

If you were lucky enough to be around him, you could often here him saying one of these Famous Spencer-isms: ‘You’re Fired!’, ‘That’s Bullsh*t, Mom!’, ‘Sadie Farted’, ‘Sawyer is a butthole’, ‘Jake…Suuuuuuuucks’, ‘Dad, do you want to build a snowman?’, ‘Im going to be Mickey Mouse for Halloween’, ‘Going on a date with Aunt Tara to all the 6 places’, ‘Going on a sleepover at Aunt Tara’s house’, ‘Aunt Tara, Aunt Tara, Aunt Tara’, ‘You mean ________ the one that I loooove’, ‘Spinna Da Wheel’, ‘Hmmm’ (as he used his thinking finger), ‘Aaawkward’, ‘Oh Barnacles’, ‘Oh Tater Tots’ or ‘Oh Tartar Sauce’.

Preceded in Death; Papa Ed (Edward Enderle), Nana (Helen Hicks), Duke (Enderle family dog) Dozer and Apoc (Nardin family dogs).

Spencer will be missed greatly by all that knew him. The impact he had on his family, friends and community was extraordinary. We are so thankful for the outpouring of support, love and donations received throughout this journey. The Enderle Family will be forever grateful.

The Celebration of Life for Spencer Enderle will be held at the Silverton Middle School gym on March 31st at 2pm. This celebration will be open to the public. If you feel obligated to donate, please consider making a donation to the Make A Wish Foundation, in Spencer’s name.
